Executive Summary:
I’m planning for the business in service sector. My business will be about the Montessori and the retired club which will be opened together in the same place and in same area. The unique feature of my business will be that the kids can get learn from the old age people and the old age people will be happy and get time pass playing with the kids.
The main mission for this business is to care and culture towards children and the Retired people.

Business:
I will name my business as “happy and caring life”. There are some priorities regarding the physical location. My 1st option will be at Sanepa, 2nd at Buddhanagar and 3rd at the anamnagar. This is because they in the peaceful area and in the business and residence area where one can reach ...view middle of the document...

In conclusion both the kids and the old people get benefit.

Market analysis:
First I have to segment the market. My targeted group will be single family who didn’t get time to look after the kids. And the old age people who doesn’t have any places to go and pass the time. I have to penetrate the market at first. There are lots of kids cares in the market. But my kids care is different because the kid will be able to learn the culture, norms, and values from the old age people.
And for the old age people there are no any places where old people can come and share their feelings. So it will be easy for me to penetrate the segmented market.

Financing:
Now-a-days, different banks and co-operation respect the ideas and provides the loan for the business. Initially I need to have around Rs. 2 million; my daily expanses will be around 10,000. My source of income will be the fees from kids and we will also charge the oldies people to be the member. So my monthly revenue will be around Rs 5 million, because of which I can be able to pay the loan within 3 years.
Management:
To run the business, I need 12 staffs. 2 staffs to look after the old age people, 3 teachers should be needed to look after kids, 1 staff for cleanliness, 1 accountant, 3 in the kitchen, 1 guard and 1 me as managing director.
Teachers should be Montessori trained, accountant should be qualified and should have good experience, kitchen staff should also have good experience and I should have the sound knowledge of management.

Location:
Since this business is purely focus towards service sectors, and the targeting are the families. So, I have planned to search for some area like Sanepa, Buddha Nagar, Basundhara, and other dense residential areas. So, that the family feels comfortable and near to get this service.

These are mine Business Planning.
