Teachers need to collaborate more with each other, administrators, and students.
What data is missing, and how will you collect this information for future use?
We would like to collect more data from students and parents and will administer surveys to help gain a better understanding of their perspectives of the school environment.
Based upon the analysis conducted, what 3-5 top priorities emerge for the school? What evidence led you to determine these top priorities?
1. Raise student achievement and improve college/career readiness.
2. Improve student and staff morale.
3. Increase time for collaboration, planning, and staff development.
4. Improve discipline procedures and classroom management.
