Continue Essay - Paragraph 8, 9,10,11,12The Structure of Romeo and Juliet compared to Porphyria's lover and 'To his Coy Mistress' is different because Romeo and Juliet uses the Sonnet structure. Sonnet is when a poem of fourteen lines using any of a number of formal rhyme schemes. But in 'Porphyria's lover' is a different structure as it consists of one long stanza, it contains two distinct sections, from lines 1-30. Also, To his Coy Mistress uses the structure of three sections - has 1,2,3 stanzas. This shows all of these poems have different structureMoreover, the structure of these two poems related to romeo and Juliet in Love/relationship format is very ...view middle of the document...

The poet had used this structure to begin their love and further develop throughout the poem. Finally, 'In to His Coy Mistress' the poet had use the structure of three stanzas to witness their love. As each stanza explained each part of their love and their consequences.Furthermore,' In romeo and Juliet', it shows that their love is very close, with the 14 line sonnet which shows and began their love when they first met each other and also made a big secure relationship. Also, in 'Porphyria's lover' their love and relationship is shown to a big, vast stage by the use of thw ABABB pattern which was one long section explaining their pure love and their vast growth of their close relationship. However, in' To his coy Mistress' the whole concept of love/ relationship was different. As it was in three stanzas - each stanza explained each point of their love, it said theres no time and they must have sex immediately. But this later on really had to hurry and could not make their love and relation flow and be in peace like the other two poems. In act1, scene 5 of romeo and Juliet- romeo shows love at first sight by first proposing him self as he says ; Romeo approaches Juliet and delivers one of the coolest pickup lines to ever come out of the 16th century: "If I profane with my unworthiest hand this holy shrine, the gentle sin is this: My lips, two blushing pilgrims, ready stand to smooth that rough touch with a tender kiss." Translation: Kissing you would be a religious experience. (You can read more about this in "Symbols.")
