When we heard of animal abuse, we will know that it is about animal being deliberately harmed. Nowadays, animal abuse has become a nationwide problem that grows rapidly. You can see that millions of animal was beaten, starved and being helpless every day and died each year from a ruthless master through the news coverage. This shows that animal abuse proves to be an important topic and a widely known for every people.
There are many reasons and motives behind animal cruelty that have been exposed. These poor creatures are not even sedated during the experiments. They have to suffer in some accidents like bones broken when being experiment with new or improved medications.
More than that, some severe psychological problems have deep connection with the activities that related to intentional abuse. Surveys reveal that people with psychopathic personality disorders have tendency to torture pets and other small animals. People have this type of behavior may show similar aggression towards humans as well. Abusive behavior have actually undergone when it found that children or adolescents who show cruelty towards pet dogs and cats. Besides, although poachers know that hunting animals are illegal but they still have many ways to flout the law. In many times, animals are bashed to death because animals are skinned alive for the fur and skin. But, leopards, crocodiles, snakes, alligators, cattle and cheetahs are hunted for their skin. Jackals, minks, rabbits, foxes, beavers, skunks, possums, etc. are used for their fur. For the purposes of jewelry, bone fertilizers, making various instruments and decorative pieces, they used feathers, bones and horns of animal. The greediness of human has caused the innocent animals to suffer.
When animals get abused by someone, most of the human do not care about it. But once the animal abuse’s video posted on internet, and then they will speak out whatever they want. But this are no useful and not an effective way to stop the animal abusing. Animal abuse cases are on the rise, even there’s hundred and thousand cases was not reported. Most of the animal abuse victims are dogs, cat, bird, rabbit, and horse. The common places that happened animal abusing are house area, circus and more. Yet, circuses are playing a huge part in animal abuse. The abusers torture the poor animals in mentally and physically in order to train them. Animals are forced to have well performance in order to have more audience that will bring up the circus income. No one will ever notice the tight collars, the whips lashing on their bodies, beatings and deprivation of food. When the animals could not take the torture anymore, they will attack the abusers. And the animal will be shot to dead at the end. Besides, the sick and old animals which could not do any performance on stage, they are selling to the buyers that looking for a fast buck. In countries of Sweden, Austria, Finland, India and Singapore have already restricted or banned animal use in circuses.
Animals are abused to death daily. These abusers should know how to respect the right of live. The abusers get away with such a serious and cruel crime, yet, just facing the minimum punishments such as fine in a not so huge amount or sometimes do not get any punishment. Humans have the right to live happily, same goes to the animals. Therefore, animal abusers should get a hasher consequence, before it is too late.
