For this evaluation I am going to discuss my practice from the perspective of my learners, discussing what they have feedback about my practice and what is effective in meeting the individual needs of the learners. I will be discussing the strengths and limitations that learners have confessed in my teaching practice particularly focusing on planning.

* Planning for attainment has also been highlighted as strength in my planning as most learners attain high grades and meet relevant deadlines, I reinforce deadlines and using communication media I can emphasise any requirements needed from learners.
* When planning activities I can be very repetitive in my planning, generally demonstrations and atypical activities. For future planning suggestions learners have given be valuable feedback through their emotional reactions rather than plain communication, as in, the learners appear bored and it is clear there needs to be some variety in my planning.
* I am not impulsive and very strict when it comes to my lesson plans. If I see that learners are bored I try to deviate from the original lesson plan however find it difficult to implement a new method of delivery on the fly. I believe it will require appropriate planning to include room for impulsive teaching to promote inclusive teaching practices and meet individual needs.
