In this paper of the Bill of Rights and several amendments will be discuss, which is the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Fourteenth. Also will discuss how the Bill of Rights evaluates different areas in security and the administration of justice. Such as challenges of law enforcement, roles of the courts, roles of the security, and recommendation.

Holmes asserted that if an individual were to yell out fire in a theater that has a crowd. That assertion wants to protect the freedom of speech clause in the First Amendment (Neefus, C).
The Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution gives the rights to individuals to feel safe in his or her homes, person against seizures, and searches that are unreasonable. Individuals not violated, warrants not violated by seizures and searches. There is a probable cause for a seizure and search, reinforced by affirmation or oath; describing where that search conducted the individual may seize (Bill of Rights).
The United States Constitution of the fifth amendment states an individual cannot force to answer to a crime, except for if that individual indicted by a grand jury. However, if an individual committed a crime when in the military he or she faces the crime. It does not matter if he or she is on military land or at war. Also the Fifth Amendment states that an individual cannot charge with the same criminal offense twice, once he or she acquitted of that same offense once before. If the previous trial ended in a hung jury or a mistrial the defendant in the case may tried again. If an individual charges are not the same. The Fifth Amendment precludes an individual from deprive of liberty, life, or property without due process. This amendment protects rights of citizens. This means that the government cannot claim prominent domain over a citizen’s property (Bill of Rights).
The United States Constitution of the Sixth Amendment states the right to a fair trial. Also the individual have the right for a speedy and public trial. This amendment also states that the charge does have the rights to confronted with the witnesses of the crime at hand. Furthermore, this amendment states that a person accuse have the rights for an attorney for his or her defense (Bill of Rights).
The United States Constitution of the Fourteenth Amendment is civil rights, and the Fourteenth Amendment divided into five sections. Section one of the Fourteenth Amendment states that if an individual is born or naturalized in the United States he or she is a citizen in of America. Also the Fourteenth Amendment states the individual is a citizen of the states he or she lives in. No states cannot reduce or decline an individual his or her rights as a citizen of the United States. No states can deny a citizen his or her liberty, property, liberty, and life without due process. No states cannot deprive an individual his or her equal protection of the laws. Section two of this amendment states that an individual may be a representative of a state according the number of citizens in the state with a consensus of the citizens, except for the Indians not taxed. Nevertheless, if the right to vote for any representative of the government is abridged, the foundation of representation will reduce.
