The Broadway Café
I have recently inherited my grandfather’s coffee shop which is located in downtown Greenville North Carolina between the Tipsy Teapot and Coffee Creamery. Our cafe offers many different kinds of specialized coffees, teas, a full service bakery, and homemade sandwiches, soups, and salads. This shop was opened in 1952 and it quickly became the place to be. Over the past five years business has declined. This shall allow for an increase in customer satisfaction which is needed to build a successful business. The webpage that can be found on many search engines should be able to provide our customers and associates with valid information around the clock. It will also give us an insight on how our customers feel about our business through customer feedback and surveys on service, product, and wait time. The website should include history, menu with prices, promotions, online ordering, direction to store, hours, employment information, and mission and values. Our online order system will not only allow for our items to sold worldwide but it will also decrease the in-store wait time by allowing individual to order online and await for products to be finished quickly. Business-to-business can be used to allow our supplier to see what products are being sold and immediately re-order.
