Knowing that there are several techniques and formulas to decision making we can take that information and apply it to the brainstorming that is needed to start a new and thriving company. There are some positive factors that Kava have that can be an absolute asset to their country and the company. Since the majority of the country are young in age they have the energy and can receive the education most youth need to make it own there own. This company cn provide jobs for the youth which will result in money causing the poverty levels if any to decrease. The company can also provide health insurance to fight off threats of disease that they may have had a problem fighting previously. There will be standards set once this is in motion and this can help to get the economy moving in the right direction and the country moving in the right direction as a whole.
Kava has many resources within their country some of which aren’t plentiful in other places. Kava doesn’t have the resources, skills, technology or strategic planning to use their resources to create, trade and become productive. The company can assist them in finding ways to use those sources that will again result in profit for the country, and aid in production to fight disease, disaster and provide jobs for the youth and this could possible result in a longer life span for the people of Kava.
We have the facts of the country and those were given by Alex who has become very familiar with the country, its people, culture, threats and possible positive use of building a new community. Although building a company within Kava will be an asset to Alex and Nik but if disaster strikes and they are not equipped to handle it as though tthey presumed this can affect them within the U.S. as well. When you have a company and you sister offices outside of the country you have to be able to communicate and interact as if you were there. If you can’t interact due to a natural disaster this can be costly to the company within the state suffereing from the disaster and cause the company as a whole to suffer entirely. You have to consider all facts even those outside of the company you are located in when dealing with international lines. What you don’t see or feel can possibly affect your bottom line.
