Non Solicitation, the need for this agreement is a contract which the employee agrees not to solicit my company. It is highly important because it protects the customer list, it also protects from harassment of (Current Employees) from a former employee.
Work-for-hire, first things first, it is known that the employee works for an employer and their work is in ownership and rights of the employer. It is important to include in my contract to protect the business against claims of Litigation.

I expect my company to go through some rough patches due to claims of litigations, although I want to protect my brand as much as I can, some things may slip through.
