Marketing Plan for a New Restaurant and Bar: Brownie’s Country Tavern
Brownie’s Country Tavern is a brand new establishment that will offer a great deal to the public including food, drinks, and entertainment. After surveying the current businesses in the area, Ryan Brown discovered the need for an entertainment location involving country music. Brownie’s Country Tavern will be located in Vail, Colorado among the ski and snowboard resorts in the Vail Mountain range. The area is currently populated by about only 5,000 residents (United States Census, 2010) whose median income is estimated at $64, 571. However, the area strongly relies on tourism in the winter as well as the summertime, which brings in a diverse population of visitors to the well known vacation area.
The visitors as well as the inhabitants of the Vail Valley area have something in common- the need for a place to have fun, drink, and enjoy a delicious meal. The goal of Brownie’s Country Tavern is to provide a unique setting to carry out each one of these important needs.
