Case Study: Student Analysis
Introduction:
A new hire Carl Robins of the ABC, Inc. is a recruiter. He is good at recruiting for the company. Carl then had made a mistake and now the room needed for the training is not available. So when the business hires and has new trainees, they need to introduce them to critical thinking. I think that for Carl if trained in critical thinking could come up with a solution much easier. He may in fact be more organized as well.

Substitute Ideas:
A way to alternate this orientation process would to include more descriptive detailed policies. When there are new hires they can improve from the last ones and get the bugs out. This will perfect the orientation process. This process can eliminate any discrepancies that occur within the company as well. Using different technology and learning tools can help benefit the company. The tools that would be utilized can help provide better education and training. In return this can also make it sometimes difficult to find amount of time for it, and also could be very costly. On-the-job training, also known as OJT, is teaching the skills, knowledge, and competencies that are needed to perform a specific job within the workplace and work environment. On-the-job training uses the regular or existing workplace tools, machines, documents, equipment, knowledge and skills necessary for an employee to learn to effectively perform his or her job (Healthfield, 2014). On-the-job training is most frequently supplied by another employee who can competently perform the job that he or she is teaching.
