One key problem with global warming is that a majority of society either does not believe that global warming exist or they do not know the horrific impact that global warming has on the planet. Helping these members of society to understand what global warming is and informing them of the negative effects global warming has on the planet is the first step towards making a positive difference in how humans operate in the world today. Climate changes brought on by global warming pose a serious problem for the world. These climate changes effect the physical structure of the earth and if explained correctly can rapidly change attitudes toward the seriousness of global warming.

The rising sea levels brought on by global warming will begin to erode coastal areas and increase the frequency of flooding. The earth could also see the end of all island nations. Some other areas were global warming can also effect the planet and cause problems are in the areas of agriculture, fisheries, forestry and the ecosystem as a whole. Warmer temperatures would prevent plants and animals that co-exist in particular climate from thriving in effected zones. The ripple effect could also cause shortages in such areas as oil and gas refinery. The increased production cost that global warming would cause companies to insure their product in the vulnerable areas would raise production rates tremendously and this could lead to a negative effect for the world’s economy.
The deforestation that is currently happening around the world is one of key causes of global warming. Global warming has already extended or shortened growing seasons for a majority of the planet causing animals to seek food earlier in the seasons.
