Club It

Club IT is a nightclub that occupies about 6,000 square feet. It is a large facility. Club IT has recently been extensively renovated; it also has a dance floor that is 600 square feet. Club IT is located in the middle of the facility. There are high ceilings and high energy lighting. The club offers seating for 220 people, with a bar along one wall, and booths around the others walls. There are many tables placed in the middle around the dance floor. Club IT has a kitchen for serving appetizers and short orders, with also a bar that has four pour stations.
Club IT is owned by Ruben Keys and Lisa Tejada, which they both graduated with degrees in business in 2000. They worked in the music industry as a way to support themselves during college. This allows different individuals to find something they like.
Club IT offers special club merchandise. There are shirts, hats, mugs, and shot glasses. They all have the Club IT logo. Items are very reasonably priced. Club members receive a 10% discount. This is helpful for making a community for the members and advertising to others.
There is a large staff available to help customers be happy and comfortable. There is one assistant manager. There are four bartenders. The wait staff has six employees. There are two stewards. The kitchen runs with two short-order cooks. The security staff has four employees to maintain safety at the club.
Club IT provides employees with a portal to the company through the intranet. This is their best organizational information system. Members login with a username and password. When an employee logs in, the first screen provides employee with information. An employee can check to find out how many hours have been worked. An employee can find year-to-date information about wages, bonuses, vacations, and sick days. An employee may also have their information concerning account and contact information. Different forms are available for download. These forms include accident reports, payroll deposit requests, and bus pass purchase forms.
There is a place that employees can access to the employee handbook. Emergency procedures and health & safety manuals are also available. The Club IT privacy policy is available on the site. Other resources on the site include upcoming events section, and a suggestion box. The site shows off the employee of the month, and any new employees that have been hired.

Club IT has a good start for their information systems. However, advancements and technology will help them to reach their goals and missions better. The reports that are currently available will help to expand and develop information systems, resource planning, and customer relationships.
