In order to achieve and maintain such a mission within the organization, the mission statement first has to be known and understood by all that are employed by Club IT. Therefore, the first step to getting all involved would be to make the mission statement the user name for the intra-company web access, and there passwords will be individually chosen.

For example, if the dance floor is only getting a traffic count of 10-12 people on Tuesday nights versus Thursday night, management will be able to have this data to research the reasons for the variance. Another example would be the ability to track which areas are being used more or less in regards to the booths or tables. Such information could provide an answer as to whether the dance floor may need to be enlarged, and whether the club can reduce the booth areas due to usage, or the table space due to usage trend.

As a strategic advantage in the area of differentiation, Club IT could initiate a simple program that banks such Citibank (the originator) use to have a competitive edge on the competition. Such an advantage would be that of the automated teller machine (ATM) within the club for customers who do not carry cash on a regular basis. This will allow for customer to have the ease of mind in knowing that they do not have to stop by the bank before heading to the club.
