In this paper I will define what Critical thinking is, how it can be used and how I have used it in my career.
One that practices critical thinking is one that gathers all the information, does the investigation, does not make snap judgments, and finds the best solution to any problem that arises, without prejudice.
The Critical Thinking Community states;

So at first, I enlisted the help of 5 employees to help me through this process to find out what was going on, we started with the batches and back traced the materials, once we traced the materials and a certain date for those materials, we found that nothing was wrong with the materials, then we went to the warehouse and studied how the product was being stored, we took a couple of test samples, took them back to the quality control lab, they did not find anything wrong either.
One day after about a week, one of the employees made a comment that we should go to the store were the complaints keep coming from and see if there was anything wrong at that location. So the next day we headed to the store, we talked to the head manager and he showed us his operation and how our product is put into circulation at his particular store, just so happened that on that day, our product was being delivered to that store.
The manager took us to the area in the store were they sell our products and the products looked fine there, no issues. We then went and watched how the product was being handled, when it was unloaded from the truck, and again, everything looked fine. We also looked at how the back fill location of the storage room was kept, and the product looked fine.
We were really baffled, so I gathered everyone and we started thinking what else could it be, why at this one store were there so many complaints, coming up with nothing we decided to go back to the warehouse when, at that point, one of the employees saw a stock boy taking one of our packages and throwing it down a conveyor belt to another part of the store, we went to the other side of the store, were the product rolled about 100 yards on this conveyor, and sure enough that is were the problem was.
By the time the product finished rolling on the conveyor; the lids on our product had been bounced around...
