Decision Making Process

Making major decisions, whether in life or on the job, requires time and thinking in order to make the best decision for all involved. Six stages have been developed in order to make the decision process easier and more organized. When wanting to move to from one state to the next, this decision making process can be used to be sure all points have been covered and researched. The last solution would be to move with my son and share a home with the four of us as we have been doing so far.
Evaluating alternatives
The first alternative given is to not move at all. This solution would not require us to rent a huge U-haul. It would also only require us to find my son an apartment, which would have cheaper rent, rather than a family home. The second alternative is to move in with my sister in Texas, which is thirty minutes from the school my son will be attending. This solution does have the moving expenses to consider but not the cost of starting up costs of renting a home. This solution offers some benefits but also some stresses because of the situation of two families living together. The last solution is to just move to Texas and get a one family home for myself, my son and my two daughters. This solution still includes the cost of moving and the cost of renting a new home. This solution does require for us to adjust to new living.
