The student bases her leadership on the four styles above. By using these four styles, she can adjust her leadership style according to the project she is working on at that time. Task-oriented gives her the opportunity to write out lists of duties that have to be completed. The democratic/participative style lets her join in with the other team members to complete a particular project. People-oriented give her the opportunity to encourage those around her and to be there for her team members when they need additional help or direction. Finally, the charismatic style allows her to inspire her team members to do the best they can on any projects they work on.
