The topic of death is often not an easy one to discuss. The word euthanasia has its origin meaning in Ancient Greece, where it literally means "the good death". Euthanasia also known as mercy killing In other words, it is the act of killing someone who has a painful deadly disease. In fact, euthanasia is a very controversial subject. Some people argue that it is a solution for patients who are terminally ill. However, I totally disagree with this kind of solution because there is a point of living, you live to die that's true, but you also die to live.
Jack Kevorkian invented the suicide machine in 1989. Kevorkian known as Dr. Death point of view on medical humanism allows patients and family determine the moment of death in which he calls it a “Positive Death”.

In many religions euthanasia is not acceptable generally because God gave us a life and no matter how bad we think our life are, we should live our lives to the fullest. Suffering has value. People consider that dying is just one of the tests that God places for human beings, and that the way they react to it shows the type of person they are, and how deep their faith and trust in God is. Suffering allows a person to be a good example to others by showing how to act when things are bad. There's always going to be someone in the world who's having a tougher time than you are but can still survive.
To make a long story short, we know that everything in this world has its individual good and bad point. However, others would argue that, humans have the right to live or die. If doctors can't treat patient's disease, they have to have a alternative to die calmly. In addition, terminally ill patients go through a lot, so we should help them to reduce their pain. Although I disagree with them, we all know that technology nowadays is improving for instance some terminal illnesses in the past are curable nowadays which means that scientists create and discover new medicines to cure different types of diseases. A Further explanation is that God is the only one that can decide who must live and who most die. God gives patients another chance to live, so we must believe in miracles. In Short Dame Cicely the founder of Hospice once quotes “You matter because you are you. You matter to the last moment of your life, and we will do all we can, not only to help you die peacefully, but also to live until you die." Therefore euthanasia should be illegal and keep in mind that the main focus of life isn't about death; maybe the purpose of life is the journey you take and not the end of it.
