This plan is not for a specific organization. This plan is collective plan that include the corporate between local business, communities, local council and the government to develop Parramatta until 2025. Furthermore, the structure of this plan is very clear. Firstly, the management of the plan will be manages by local council corporate with business, government, and local communities. Thus, outsiders will is the major factors to help the plan to be success such as workers, propertyâ€™s owner, service providers, local charity, visitors and more. Secondly, the specific plan until 2025 will divide in seven main goals call seven destinations must to achieve such as protect land and water, a healthy society, dynamic business and socially responsible, distinctive neighborhoods, cohesive community, sustainable transport and communication network for local community and be a innovative and inspirational city(p14 Parramatta Strategic).
Those goals will need to take quite long time for the city to reach up. Moreover, all of the seven destinations will really hard to achieve and those destinations will have effect each other and depend on the outsides elements as well as management skill in this plan. In the other hand, the managers team make really clear strategic plan for each destination that will be easier to achieve the destination.
