Limerick and are over the age of 36 we also found out half of our customers liked to shop and the other liked walking.
The majority of the people who filled out the questionnaire was loyal to Boots because of the price and quality of their product and would continue to purchase.
Out of the ten people lived in Limerick and the other 2 lived in Co. Limerick.
9 out of ten that took the questionnaire were females and mostly around the age of 36 and lived in Limerick and Co. Limerick.
The survey was split evenly regarding their hobbies were concerned with half liked shopping and half liked walking.
The majority of the people were loyal to Boots because of the price and quality of their product was of such good excellence.

Establishing A Customer Profile helps to develop Retail marketing activities and programs. Especially with customers, Retailer wants to keep buying their products or services. A profile of key customers includes information that helps Retailer understand what is important to customers. As well as their buying behaviour, interests and attitudes.
Initially it does take a little work to build the profiles, however it is quite easy to then update and maintain the database....
