It is user friendly and just asks the

user to follow step by step operations by giving him few options. It is fast and can perform many operations

of a company.

This report includes a development presentation of an information system for managing

the staff data within a small company or organization. The system as such as it has been developed

is called Employee Management System. It consists of functionally related GUI (application

program) and database. The choice of the programming tools is individual and particular.
This work entitled Employee Management System has been designed towards improving
the Management of Employee Information in the field offices of a company. It maintains
Seniority, Leave Records, Transfer & Postings and other basic information of Employee. Ever
since man discovered the computer, attempt has been made to computerize every facet of human
life. This work expresses the issue of designing and implementing an Employee Management
System acknowledges (speed and accuracy) over the more tedious inefficient and true consuming
manual system Consequently Employee. Every organization whether big or small do have some
strength of employees. They play important role in determining the success level of a company.
Therefore businesses that are serious about proper workforce management should use Employee
Management System. This report includes a development presentation of an information system
for managing the staff data within a small company or organization. The system as such as it has

Background of the Study/System (Introduction)
Every organization, wither big or small, has human resource challenges to overcome. Every

organization has different Employer Management needs, therefore we design exclusive employer

in strategic planning, and will help you ensure that your organization is equipped with the right

level of human resources of your future goals. Also, for those busy executive who are always on the

go, our system come with remote access features, which will allow you to manage your workforce

anytime, at all times. This system will ultimately allow you to better manage resources. One of the

main features in Employee Management System is time tracking for Employees. Effective time

tracking mechanism saves both time and money for the Organization.

Employee Management System is software for managing data of employees in a company. EMS

comprises the personal details of an employee, keeps the record of employees joining date, leaving

date, assets provided. It manages salary of employee according to the attendance. So we have decided to

investigate the use of an Employeer Management System. This system would be used by Province of Sulu.
