All concepts must have proper in-text citation including page # and a full citation in the reference list on the following page.
The Riordan organization has implemented a self-assessment program for the management staff to improve the effectiveness of the company. The most important thing managers can do to raise employee satisfaction is focus on the intrinsic parts of the job, such as making the work challenging and interesting (Robbins & Judge, 2011, pg. 89).The self assessment includes information on job satisfaction, satisfied with your job, emotional state, emotions affecting them, skills and competencies and decision making. Discover the positive and negative characteristics of each employee toward his or her performance of the organization. Management will make the appropriated recommendation for additional assessment.
