The Texas Labor Code Anti-Discrimination Provisions is a state law which follows the federal legislations, however Texas Labor Code Anti- Discrimination Provisions includes that 15 employees are needed to follow this act, and the age of the employees must be 20. The penalty for not following these state provisions is a fine as well. An organization of Mr. Stonefield‘s size might not survive from the hefty fines on the federal and state levels.
The organization should also be familiar with the Texas Minimum Wage Law. Texas minimum wage follows suit to the federal’s minimum wage laws.
