Energy Sources and alternative energy sources should be used! Solar, thermo, hydropower, and wind power are all options! Solar power is the new wave of the future and we should be aware of the benefits this has to the environment and can be bought back by the electric company for energy.Non - renewable energy is energy that is not reused or recycled. Non-renewable energy can be a dangerous to the environment because of the chemicals found in the propane or gas we pump into our vehicles. Items made from plastic and aluminum could be bad for the environment because of the toxins it releases and good chances it will not degrade like paper in a landfill.Energy Conservation and some things we could use to conserve energy would be energy efficient light bulbs; I would also put them on timers. I would recycle plastics, such as plastic 2liter bottles and plastic bags from the stores. I would use timers for the sprinkler systems and even go as far as running them at night time. I would incorporate the bus system into my day somehow to conserve energy. I would try to attempt the growing my own garden of spices. Finally for the bigger picture I would research solar panels for the house.Government actions I would incorporate an incentive plan for saving wetlands instead of using agricultural land. I would try to convince the government that the habitat mitigation plans because it would require anyone building an infrastructure to create a plan to replace what they used. I would recommend that the public transportation run on bio-diesel. I would require energy star products and much higher fuel efficiency vehicles. And finally I would invest in an alternative fuel for the public cars/trucks to be used. One would say when it comes to practice what you preach it would be like this asks yourself what your very own house looks like Reduction of the key elements in my report will improve your quality of life. If we increase awareness around a few topics we will definitely reduce our energy and start to re-use energy as well. So start relaying the message about energy and help America out.ReferencesRedding Electric Utility. 2004. Retrieved on May 10, 2009, from
