A successful company is built on a solid foundation. Ford Motor Company was founder Henry Ford had a concept to build cars. Henry Ford not only wanted to manufacture cars, he wanted to produce a product of superiority and quality. The market and automotive industry has grown considerable since the conception of Henry Fords’ dream. Never the less, in a global and universal market, the core principle of what Ford Motor Company was founded remains the same. Ford Motor Company creative vision is to focus on how to best provide the company with the tools needed to make the company’s vision a reality. One of the ways Ford continue the company’s transformation style is to place effective leadership in appropriate positions. The leaders and management team at Ford are aware of the major component of Fords’ vision. The transformation management team has the knowledge and the commitment of Fords overall goal. The management team not only knows the vision of the company, but the team knows how to implement and communicate the goals set by the company. Management continues to encourage and motivate workers to give the company loyalty (Nichels, McHugh, & McHugh, 2010, 272).

Ford remains loyal to companies' ethics and values The leadership and management team of FMC company’s awareness is not limited to wants and desires of the consumer but the company also focus the employee (Nichels, McHugh, & McHugh, 2010, 272). If employees have an ethical feeling of fairness the employee will function. As stated above, Ford Motors’ transformational style of leadership and management is created and maintained through several approaches. Ford Motors knowledge of the ever changing global automotive market has kept the company as fourth largest automotive industry in the world. Ford Motors maintains a commitment to providing a quality product. The focus of the company is to provide the consumer with a product and service is unparalleled in the automotive market, thus making Ford Motors a force to be reckoned with in the global automotive market (Abrahams, 1990).
In the transformational style of management Ford continues to use the creative knowledge of the management leaders to consistently provide Ford with a competitive edge. Fords’ management team continues to know what is needed today for the success of the company. The management team now only have insight to today’s automotive trends, but management is always looking and anticipating trends an new innovation products, styles and services need in the future for the success of the company (Bateman, 2009).
