High Student the Access of Drugs
Have any of us ever wondered the seriousness subject of drugs within the involvement of high school students? Even though the easiest way for a student to achieve drugs is now to attend school the most selling drugs are Marijuana and Prescription Pills. High school students are now using drugs in order to feel relaxed, accepted and for some extra cash. Now students and teachers are taking action to decrease the use and sales of drugs.

A senior has admitted to smoking marijuana before attending class in the morning to escape the reality world. Many of these students believe marijuana allows them to feel accepted in high school. All affects of marijuana for a student is not taken seriously.
Cigarettes are the first common used substance
Even though cigarette is legal minors are abusing cigarettes too. In particular school district in McKeesport took a â€œtobacco free enforcement up one notch.â€ (The Pittsburgh Tribune 2008). Drug sniffing dogs are used to sniff out illegal drugs in high schools and even middle schools. Police are now in the process of using drug smelling dogs in the North-east to sniff out any students that are suspected of selling or even using drugs.
North-east of the United States are using dogs in order to control the sale and use of illegal drugs. These dogs are able to detect amphetamines, cannabis and heroin. In the Farringdon School in 2000 four boys after they were under surveillance for four weeks were arrested for the possession and sale of drugs by using drug sniffing dogs. Drug sniffing dogs are also used in the secondary school for the fact that drugs are being used from the ages of 13 to 15 years of age. In the secondary schools the most common drug found is marijuana. North-east of the United States believes that the use of drug sniffing dogs will decrease the use and sales of illegal drugs.
The most common drug found with the drug sniffing dogs is Cannabis. Marijuana is in the category of cannabis. Marijuana is considered the most easy and inexpensive drug for students to use and is the highest choice of drug. Drug sniffing dogs are even busting students as young as 15 years of age with the common drug of Cannabis also know as marijuana.
Teachers will continue to push for the use of drug sniffing drugs in order to keep their students in check. Teachers have to believe with this method that they may now have control of the classroom and the school itself.
