You begin with the event and what you did at that time, then you think about it and reflect on what went well and what went less well, and so you may decide to make changes. Then if something would happen again you start the process again. This is the process of reflection and it is how everyone learns throughout their lives.
1.3 Describe ways to ensure that personal attitudes or beliefs do not obstruct the quality of work:-
Your personal attitudes to situations in the workplace will depend on many things, for example:-
1, whether u feel that everyone in the Uk should at least speak some English.
2, how you feel about other cultures- some people may not want to integrate and find it difficult to interact with other people from other cultures.
3, how you feel about ‘helplessness’ displayed in the behaviour of others.
Your reactions and opinions are based on past experiences and the views of other people, usually your friends and family. When you work within the caring sector you will meet lots of different people. Whatever your past experiences, you must accept that everyone is different. It is a care standard to accept diversity. 7 Ensure the support surface is ready and safe to receive the person
