The Beatles Bible brings up many aspects of the band that may have been hidden to the general public. While The Beatles are well known for their fantastic music over the decade in which they ruled the rock n’ roll world, few people truly know about what happened behind the scenes of these rock gods. John Lennon, the ring leader, is mentioned continuously throughout the article and seems to be the backbone of the entire group. The majority of the second half of the article focuses on the “Abbey Road” album and the work and pains of creating that album. Possibly the most helpful aspect of this article is the section which talks about The Beatle’s emergence into the American Culture and the “bang” that follow, which is nicknamed “Beatlemania”.

Mcleese lists the members of the band followed by birth dates and death dates along with their immediate role to the band. Mcleese discusses how the band came into existence and even discusses their original name, The Quarrymen, which came from the high school that they all attended. He then goes on to discuss how they ended up with the name of The Beatles and then goes into their emergence into Rock N’ Roll, and their influence on music. Mcleese also refers the bump that The Beatles gave with helped move rock in a different direction then it was headed before their presence was acknowledged. He then goes on to discusses the music and lyrics of The Beatles and why it was so gripping and powerful.
