Under the circumstance of provide presentation to chairman, four members of the board of directors and that0 shareholders, the two most appropriate presentation methods could be Graphs and charts and Flip chart. Because of it is a business presentation and topic is formal, graphs and charts could be easy understood by using numerical information on pictures and that information is relatively practical and effective. Audiences can clearly understand the progress of projects via the graphs and charts, put forward their own questions, and share their thoughts. Presenter can use spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel to make graphs and charts, so that the data show in the graphs and charts allows the audience to be a relatively straightforward comparison. However, presenter should consider a chart’s figures must clear than columns or lines. Meanwhile, presenter has to consider documents compatibility issues and take presentation graphs and charts on a disk or CD-ROM in addition to on hard drive.

Besides, flip chart is large enough to be clearly visible to those groups in the boardroom and is a portable and inexpensive method. This presentation method allows the audience to participate in and share each thought, especially the audience participation type of presentation, furthermore, flips charts are still used because they are versatile, non-electrical and editable. It is convenient because any presentation can make use of flip charts without special training or hardware, but practice using the chart before giving an important presentation. In order to make the presentation better, presenter could use a different colour pen to highlight the links and subjects and looking for a logical and coherent pattern to make the presentation flow. Because of it is a formal presentation, making "prepared" flip charts can take a considerable amount of time.
