COMBINED ENTRANCE EXAMINATION, 2013 DIBRUGARH UNIVERSITY General Information
1. The Combined Entrance Examination (CEE), 2013 for admission to MBBS/BDS, BE/ B.Tech. Courses in the colleges of the State of Assam shall be conducted by the Dibrugarh University. 2. The CEE-2013 will be conducted as per the current NCERT syllabus adopted by the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council. 3. The photograph should show the name of the candidate as well as date of photograph taken on a placard held by the candidate in front of his/ her chest. The prescribed amount of fee should be deposited at any branch of State Bank of India in the Account No.- 32272329232 through BANK CHALLAN. No Cheque, draft or cash shall be accepted. Bank Challan can be downloaded from the website.
10. Applications submitted without examination fee shall be summarily rejected. 11. A printed copy of the online application along with the Dibrugarh University copy of Bank Challen must be sent to the Member Secretary, Cell, CEE-2013 by Speed Post in an envelope of A4 size. On the envelope the candidate must mention : (A) Course option (B) Centre of Examination (C) Application Form A No. (generated online on submission of Application ) (D) Bank Challan Journal No. Candidates shall have to establish their claim to category etc. at the time of counselling. It is to be noted that any false information is a punishable offence.
Candidates are advised to read the Information Brochure carefully before filling the online application form. Fill the Application Form completely and click on â€œSubmitâ€ button at bottom of the page. It will display Data Sheet for Printing, take a Printout on A4 Size Paper. If you want to print another copy of your Data Sheet (in case of loss, damage etc.), use Reprint Data Sheet Link providing your name, date of birth and mobile number.
12. Candidates should note that OMR Answer Sheet shall have to be used for indicating the answers. The evaluation of the OMR sheets shall be done with the help of computer. No manual evaluation of OMR sheets shall be done. A replica of the OMR sheet to be used is given in Annexure-A. Candidates should familiarise themselves with the use of OMR Answer Sheet. While appearing in the Examination, the candidates should follow the instructions given in the Question Booklet & OMR sheet and carefully fill up the relevant particulars like Roll No, Question Booklet Set (A/B/C/D), Course Option, Subject etc. Use only Black Ball pen while filling up the OMR sheet. 13. Since OMR sheets will be used and the evaluation shall be done by computer, there shall be no provision for manual re-checking and re-evaluation. (2)
Candidates should submit Counseling Form (Form-B) for MBBS/ BDS (Annexure-D) and BE/B.Tech Courses (Annexure-E) at the time of counselling, if called for. The Counselling Form should not be sent along with the printed copy of the Online Application. Admit Card: The Candidate will be able to download his/her admit card from the websites already mentioned from 10th May 2013 onwards by entering his/her Application Form number generated during theonline submission of Application.
