1.0 OBJEKTIF
Objektif laporan ini disediakan adalah untuk menerangkan mengenai pemilihan konsep portal e-dagang yang ingin digunakan oleh peniaga yang baru pertama kali ingin mengaplikasikan konsep e-dagang dalam perniagaan.Laporan ini akan menunjukkan konsep keseluruhan e-dagang yang dapat membantu peniaga untuk memilih konsep yang sesuai.

2.0 PENGENALAN SYARIKAT
Syarikat Hias Maju Sdn. 4.0 EVOLUSI E-DAGANG

Evolusi e-dagang boleh dikaitkan dengan kombinasi pembaharuan kawal selia dan
inovasi teknologi. Walaupun internet (yang memainkan peranan penting dalam evolusi)
muncul pada 1960-an, e-dagang hari ini berlepas dengan ketibaan World Wide
Web dan pelayar di awal tahun 1990-an. Liberalisasi sektor telekomunikasi
dan inovasi seperti gentian optik, DSL dan sebagainya (yang telah membantu untuk memperluaskan kelantangan dan kapasiti komunikasi) telah membantu dalam proses pertumbuhan yang pesat. Hasilnya halangan kepada kemasukan dan melibatkan diri dalam e-dagang telah jatuh dengan pesat. Satu garis masa ringkas evolusi adalah seperti berikut:

• 1969 Internet / APRAnet

• 1989 WWW HTML dicipta di CERN

• 1991 NSF mengenakan ke atas penggunaan komersial Internet

• 1993 Perisian Pelayar yang dicipta di University of Illinois, Urbana Champagne, dikeluarkan kepada orang ramai

• 1994 Netscape keluarkan Navigator pelayar

• 1995 Dell, Cisco, Amazon dan lain-lain mula agresif untuk menggunakan internet untuk tujuan urus niaga komersil.

5.0 JENIS-JENIS E-DAGANG

Terdapat beberapa jenis E-Dagang:

• B2B - Perniagaan ke Perniagaan
• B2C - Perniagaan ke Pengguna
• C2B – Pengguna ke Perniagaan
• B2E – Perniagaan ke Pekerja
• C2C - Pengguna ke Pengguna

• B2B - Perniagaan ke Perniagaan

E-dagang telah digunakan untuk beberapa tahun dan lebih dikenali sebagai EDI (pertukaran data elektronik). B2B dalam e-dagang pada masa ini merangkumi 94% daripada semua urusniaga e-dagang. Biasanya dalam persekitaran B2B, e-dagang boleh digunakan dalam proses berikut:

• Perolehan
• Memenuhi tempahan
• Urusan hubungan perdagangan-rakan.

• B2C - Perniagaan ke Pengguna

Perniagaan untuk Pengguna merupakan e-dagang yang agak baru. Ini adalah di mana pengguna mengakses sistem pembekal. Ia masih berfungsi dengan dua orang tetapi biasanya dilakukan semata-mata melalui Internet. B2C juga boleh berkait dengan menerima maklumat seperti harga saham, sebut harga insurans, surat khabar online, atau ramalan cuaca.

• C2B - Pengguna untuk Perniagaan

Pengguna untuk Perniagaan adalah arena yang semakin meningkat di mana pengguna meminta perkhidmatan khusus daripada perniagaan. Contoh: Ali merancang bercuti di Korea. Beliau memerlukan penerbangan pada minggu pertama Disember dan hanya bersedia untuk membayar RM.250. Ali memasukkan maklumat dalam C2B berasaskan web. Pandai Airways mengakses web dan melihat maklumat Ali. Disebabkan oleh kerana ianya tempoh singkat, syarikat penerbangan itu menawarkan Ali tambang pulangan bagi RM. 250.

• B2E - Perniagaan Pekerja

Perniagaan untuk Pekerja e-dagang semakin digunakan dan berkembang luas. E-dagang ini lebih biasa dikenali sebagai Intranet. Intranet adalah laman web yang dibangunkan untuk menyediakan pekerja organisasi maklumat yang diperlukan mereka. Intranet biasanya hanya boleh diaakses melalui rangkaian organisasi.
