* most important contributions and outcomes needed from a position
* required qualifications of candidates
* Reporting relationship and coworkers of a particular job
Job descriptions are based on objective information obtained through job analysis, an understanding of the competencies and skills required to accomplish needed tasks, and the needs of the organization to produce work.

* Supporting the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical application requirements

* Work as a team member with other technical staff, such as networking to ensure connectivity and compatibility between systems.
* Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current system.
* Assisting in implementing analyses that will identify requirements related to people, processes and technology
* Manage errors and bugs which affected application operation by implement better solutions (Analyze all test results, understand and manage troubleshooting issues).
* Maintain, enhance and give support to existing employees’ information management system.
