Trong đó 47% số người được hỏi cho rằng, mô hình làm việc linh hoạt tốn ít chi phí hơn làm việc tại văn phòng cố định và 77% cho biết điều đó cải thiện đáng kể năng suất lao động. Những con số này cho thấy giải pháp giúp người lao động giảm thiểu căng thẳng và cũng là giảm chi phí hiệu quả cho doanh nghiệp.

Chủ tịch Regus châu Á, ông Fliippo Sarti, nhận xét: “Không còn nghi ngờ gì về việc những công nhân chịu áp lực công việc có đời sống tinh thần kém và sức khỏe yếu, vì thế các doanh nghiệp nếu muốn giúp công nhân của họ có cuộc sống thích hợp thì không thể bỏ qua việc phân tích và giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến sự căng thẳng tại nơi làm việc. Nhưng những căng thẳng không chỉ xuất hiện đối với công nhân mà còn xảy ra với các doanh nghiệp khi chủ doanh nghiệp phát hiện ra rằng công nhân của họ không làm việc đúng năng suất yêu cầu, hiệu quả giảm sút và cần chế độ nghỉ ốm".

Được biết, có một nghiên cứu trước đó của Regus đã chỉ ra rằng 58% công nhân cho rằng mô hình làm việc linh hoạt là nguyên nhân trực tiếp giúp họ khỏe mạnh hơn. Những người được hỏi cũng thừa nhận rằng, mô hình này là giải pháp tích cực giải tỏa vấn đề căng thẳng tại công sở của họ. "Hơn nữa, mô hình làm việc linh hoạt được tin rằng sẽ giúp tăng năng suất lao động và giảm thiểu chi phí so với mô hình văn phòng truyền thống.
