1-Lifelong learning requires the ability to learn from life experiences. The spiral theory describes how knowledge is generated from experience through a cycle of learning driven by the resolution of dual dialectics of action/reflection and experience/abstraction. The learning/experience spiral guides growth and development through a life time of a leader.
This process is portrayed as an idealized learning cycle or spiral where the leader “touches all
the bases” experiencing, reflecting, thinking, and acting in a recursive process that is sensitive to the learning situation and what is being learned.

Promotes strategic thinking so the students are lead to finding the right answers by themselves.
Earns authority by expertise and modeling instead of claiming it by position.
Expects commitment and seeks loyalty to principles and shared ideals.

With such references and skills the students would most likely be intregued in any materials given by the teacher. Highlighting such cprocesses for people who dedicated their lives to teaching would definitely help them be more effective.
The leader's traits and skills are the same in any position, situation or environment, thus what is applicable for a teacher leader would surely be applicable for any leader.

Encourage Creativity
Followers need to be encouraged to express their creativity. In order for me to be an effective leader, i should offer new challenges with ample support to achieve these goals.

Serve As a Role Model
I should walk the walk and talk the talk in order to lead by exemple. I should work on modeling the qualities i would like my followers to acquire.

Be Passionate
I should be focused on getting group members to finish tasks while having a genuine passion and enthusiasm for the projects we're working on.

Listen and Communicate Effectively
Providing one-on-one communication with group members in order to be able to show sincere care and concern and by keeping the lines of communications open with all the group...
