According to Mixon (2014)” the best leaders are typically poor managers while the best managers are typically poor leaders”. He continues stating that become a good manager you must have some leadership skills in order to lead effectively and to become a good leader you must have some management skills also. Finding the right balance in leadership and management is the task for business leaders and or managers within the business world.

Methodology
Data were gathered in the form of a telephone interview with the CEO and also by visiting the work place and observe the leaders behavior. A construction site, and a maintenance location, was visited with the company of the CEO. Hereby could have witness and gather more information and knowledge on the leadership behavior and theory from the CEO. It would be difficult to accurately describe the CEO leadership style and theory from limited time of observation and no formal questionnaire to identify the CEO’s core leadership theory. But this paper will address the key aspects of leadership identified.

Introduction to the leader, organization, sector and size
For this paper we will analyze the leadership theory of Mr. Albert Alfonso Klaber, he is the CEO, manager director and owner of Caribbean Drip. Caribbean Drip is a company who specializes itself in landscaping. Mr. Klaber was, before becoming owner of his company, part of the labor force within the landscaping industry. He emerged as an entrepreneur within his industry and founded Caribbean Drip. An entrepreneur is someone that initiate change from within an organization and the reason for this may vary between entrepreneurs. Many businesses have their roots in entrepreneurship (Rebecca, 2009). This is from relevancy to illustrate behavior patterns and leadership styles from Mr. Klaber.

Mr. Klaber graduated in 1992 with a bachelor degree in technical operation in the Netherlands. He entered the labor market as the head of engineering and irrigation in the hospitality industry. Without any previous knowledge of the business he excelled at it and was not content with his limitations as a subordinate where he cannot make changes and decisions as to the future of the landscaping and irrigation from the business in which he worked.

In the year 2000 he started his own business and was and still is the leader of the landscaping company. This industry, landscaping, consists of seventy nine businesses registered at the chamber of commerce in Aruba. And the competition is fierce, according to Mr. Klaber, due to the economy development in Aruba.

Current Leadership Styles
Every subordinate has e manager or leader to whom he must report. Leadership is an action and not a position. Being in a position that gives a worker the power or the role of control does not make the person automatically a leader (Tschohl, 2014). Mixon (2014), states that promotion to management position does not guarantee success. And to achieve success a manager...
