A1. The organisation ensures client rights are protected by following policies and procedures pertaining to the rights of clients, this includes guidelines about what information can be shared and with whom, we have a process for seeking client approval to share the information and we have a secure information storage system.

Q5. Discuss how the organisation ensures clients are supported to identify and express their concerns .
A5. If a client has concerns they would first speak with the carer on duty , if the carer is not equipped to deal with the concerns she will then encourage the client to speak with the care manager/supervisor who would usually be able to deal with the situation.
Q6. Discuss how client complaints are managed in the organisation.
A6. If a client has a complaint they are encouraged to speak with the care manager / supervisor , if the supervisor can't solve the problem the client is given a complaints form and advised how to fill out the form which is then forwarded to head office , head office will then contact the client to seek a resolution .
Q7. Discuss how workers contribute to the review and development of policies and procedures in the organisation.
A7. We have a committee made up of management representitives and workers to regularly review the policies and procedures of the service , every worker is encouraged to put forward any ideas on policy or procedure at monthly meetings .
