Communications is a continuing topic and concern for management in office meetings, boardrooms and corridors of organizations. Organizations are seeking ways to improve communication in their internal and external environment. Management must find efficient ways to disseminate knowledge and ways to share information with their employees and customers. Eventually companies began to invest more resources into research, development, and information technology systems to make organizations more competitive globally. According to an article written by Ken Neal (2010), communication is both expressive and strategic and businesses can help their managers become effective communicators by having a winning attitude, being persuasive, credible, trustworthy and confident. Managers had to become open to using internet, intranets, video conferencing, information systems and mobile technology to connect and with people and expand knowledge of their products and services. They integrated the departments into teams or groups that would collaborate and skillfully work together to complete the assigned tasks. Today, technological advances have created the concepts known as Knowledge Management and e-learning, which have changed how we distribute, produce and store knowledge (Geeta, 2010).
