Fair Supplies Corporation is services based organization; perform various functions in different departments with its experienced, skilled, efficient & creative staff.
During my six weeks internship, I had worked in Office management department, marketing department & accounts department.
Office management department deals with the all operations that take place in office. Marketing department deals with all market operations i.e. Sales, search of new markets and opportunities etc. Accounts department deals with staff salaries, their allowances and other accounting activities etc.
Fair supplies Corporation started its business in 1992. Some of the work that I did in these departments includes manage office operations with the help of office manager, deals with sales staff and at last make salaries of staff and learn other activities.
My recommendations to HR is to change their strategy and motivate workers to work as a team so that they give incompatible output & also give them annual incentives on the basis of their work. Lastly Fair Supplies Corporation has rapid growth by capturing more & more markets in Faisalabad and markets in small cities adjacent to Faisalabad. It always tries to become best and outclass distributers in the field of medicines.
