Our company producing stationery tools such as; Ball point pen, Pencil, Colour, Ruler, Eraser and so many else.
A) FOUR Ps; PRODUCT, PLACE, PROMOTION, PRICE
Our company are producing stationery tools which are under specialty products.
In order to protect and promote our products we must make sure that we have the best packaging process. We have an interesting designs and good quality of materials. We produce the stationery with colourful colours to attract the customers especially youngsters and teenagers. We design variety of shapes with a good supply.
Besides that, we make an informational labelling to help customers make proper product selections. Our product label gives information as durability, and construction standards to our customer.
Our factory is situated in No9. Jalan Tp2, Taman Perindustrian Sime UEP, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
This location is very strategic because our supplier factory is situated near with our factory. So it is easy for us to deal with our supplier for the materials we needed.
Besides that, our factory should have the good delivery transportation to transfer our final products to stationery shops. The goal is to make sure products arrive in usable condition at designated places needed.
Promotion is very important because its mutually satisfying exchanges with target markets by informing, educating, persuading our customers of our products.
We have many kind of promotion such like advertising and sales promotion.
We make an exciting and interesting advertising through television, radio, newspaper, and magazines. This can help us to transmit information of our product to the customer and gain a response from the target market. Moreover the costs are not so expensive and our company can still afford to pay those advertising costs.
We also make sales promotion by giving the customers free accessories, buy one get one free, discounts and so on.
Price is an important competitive weapon for the company. We give the affordable and reasonable prices. This is because our aim customers are youngsters and teenagers because they are students as stationeries are necessary for them. In order to get maximum profit, we are going to select promotional pricing, so that the customer will make bulk purchases and our company will earn more profit
