Describe the marketing techniques used to market products in the two chosen
BANNA Natural stones, a new established company in the UAE, specialized in trading
and installing a wide variety of Syrian stones and marbles, this company is not yet well
known considering that its newly established.
Considering that marketing is the concept of communicating with people, serving and
delivering the products that a company offers, and achieving the company goals, Banna

The marketing staff as well follow up with the work sites and the previous customers to
inspect if every thing is going well and to satisfy the customers.
One of their best marketing techniques is giving 5% discount to the customer that tells the
people around and gets customers that contact and purchase their products.
Other technique that BANNA company does is joining other similar reputed businesses
that could allow the company to reach more customers and make exchanged benefits for
both companies.
Also BANNA company shares events, in other meaning, the company takes a name in
huge events, such as being a sponsor for an event, show, or other types of events that big
amount of people exist.
Joining social media is the best, being part of people's daily life is a great thing that a
company achieves. People nowadays are spending the most of their time scrolling social
media pages such as Facebook, twitter, instagram, and being part of these social networks
allows the people to keep in touch with the company's new products and services, and its
not going to bother them because they will be interested in that type of easy

The other organisation is Emaar properties which is specialized in real estates and
property management, located in the UAE as its listed on Dubai financial, and it manages
and operates around the Middle East and North Africa as well as the Arabian Gulf, besides
Pan Asia and Europe,an ISO 9001:2000 quality certified company, Emaar property had
won the coveted Dubai quality award ,Emaar properties turned for a large scale projects
such as developing the tallest building in the world (Burj Khalifa).
The EMAAR properties pays huge amounts of money for marketing, unlike small
companies, and they are very selective with the marketing strategies and techniques.
Emaar properties is trying to keep in touch with the customers everywhere, and they aim
to exist wherever people exist.
EMAAR properties is a sponsor for more than 10 events at the same time, and also it
manages and makes events to introduce themselves to the people, they select events
within malls, and crowded places generally, EMAAR banners are all over around the malls
they worked in or it has a previous event was in that place, which keeps the company
within people's mind as the first direction to go to when needed.
Also EMAAR properties works on staying online, whether internet advertisement or social
media pages, they have got an online form contains customer’s question and the needed
information, a customer fills the form and send it, and a reply shows up within 24 hours, or
their agent will call within that time.
EMAAR group deals with the biggest banks around the world, as HSBC, Standard
charters, Emirates NBD, and many other to make any procedure easier to the customers,
also the deal with smaller properties managements to exchange benefits and to achieve
