Hair Mechanix ensures quality hair services from certified beauticians having a minimum of ten years’ experience in the cosmetology business. Hair Mechanix offers a wide range of hair product inventory. In addition, the company’s knowledgeable beauticians pair their top of the line beauty products that are best suited for each client. What will set Hair Mechanix apart from the competition is their dedication to consistently providing high customer satisfaction by rendering excellent service, attention to detail, quality products, and an enjoyable atmosphere at an acceptable price/value relationship.

SITUATION ANALYSIS
Hair Mechanix is in its first year of business under new ownership. Hair Mechanix recognizes the fact that a comprehensive, strategic marketing plan is required to ensure profitability and success. The business offers a wide range of hair cutting services. The market need is for a one-stop, convenient, hair salon that is highly skilled and reasonably priced.

MISSION
Hair Mechanix’s mission is to provide reasonably priced, convenient hair styling. We exist to attract and maintain customers. When we adhere to this maxim, everything else will fall into place. Our services will exceed the expectations of our customers.

SERVICE OFFERING
Hair Mechanix provides hair styling for the entire family. This includes haircuts for men and women, permanents and hair coloring for women, as well as haircuts for children. Shampoos will be offered for all adult services. Service is offered by appointment. Hair Mechanix will emphasize a customer-centric service where the customer's needs are always the priority.
Hair Mechanix will also sell hair care products that are forecasted to account for 15% of sales. These professional quality supplies will include shampoos, conditioners, brushes, combs, and other styling aids.
