Obstacles and how to overcome it
Life is full of surprises and difficult situations. Overcome life obstacles is the key to success. As an adult working toward an education and catching up on life can be very difficult. Working an average fifty hours work week and dealing with challenges, like school, work and family is a difficult tasks. Most people facets this on a daily bases. Sometimes these challenges can be most devastating effects on my mind and bodies. In order for me to overcome these challenges, I must learn how to manage time, how to be flexible and learn how to manage stress appropriately.

Being flexible this allow me to adjust to things that come up and school/work schedules. I find and understand that flexibilities, a lot of time can relieve tension that I feel from people and tasks which demands my attention. Demands and challenges is something everyone must faced to grasp what real worlds means and how to become a professional. Part of overcoming the challenges in my life, I've learned to become flexible and learn the ability to put things together in a most appropriate and time efficient manner. Flexibility is part of the key to successfully manage and overcome obstacles.
The most important piece of all life not just overcoming obstacles is, understand how to manage stress. Stress can effect a person tremendously both mentally and physically. Some people turn to what they thinks are remedy stress with things such as drugs and alcohol. I have to admit, but understand that it's not the most efficient ways to handle stress, although I do lean toward alcohol for the short moments of relief. Of-course, there are many others way to relieves stress, such as reading, exercising, and have some alone time. I find most effective for myself is exercises. When I feel too stressful at work, I take a break and go for a short run with a co-worker. Getting the proper exercise is the most effective stress reliever, I think. It does not matter how each and every individual deal with stress, but successful stress management will equal successful life.
As people from all walks of Earth has said "Life is not easy" and "Life is full of obstacles". I do believe and going through and learning as I life my own life. I've learned that to overcome my life obstacles, I must learn to manage three things: 1.) Manage time, 2.) be flexible, 3.) manage stress well. Mastering these three things is a crucial to the success of most people life, but the ability to manage stress is the most important skill to learn. I overcome my current life challenges/obstacles through manage what is necessary to do so.
