MY VIEW AS BEING A MANAGER
As being a manager, I definitely want to focus on the turnover rate which is a big issue for an organization which, in the given circumstances, has been mentioned that employees are not seeming committed to, motivated towards their jobs but they are doing their jobs in order to fulfill their financial needs as they would get a chance of obtaining a new job, they would leave their jobs immediately.

In this way, they are not gratified with their jobs and think to leave the organization.
■ Arranging a pick and drop service to the employees to facilitate them: As our supermarket is away from the city, we need to run a pick and drop service in term of a van to our employees to facilitate them. Because, it is very difficult to cover a long distance on daily basis in public transport and during the days of strikes, it is near impossible to come at work.
How to increase the sales of our department?
■ Introducing an advertisement campaign: We need to do promotions of our departmental products in term of putting the ads on T.V and radio channels on road sign boards, which will definitely lead to increase our sales figures.
■ Providing relaxation in price on bulk quantity: We need to give facility of having relaxation on purchasing in bulk quantities, which will also helpful for us to increase sales.
■ We need to introduce lucky draw scheme: We need to introduce a lucky draw scheme to our regular customers. We will announce a name one of our regular customers through a lucky draw on weekly basis, though which they...
