Organizational Planning and Control.
When conducting business, organization, planning and controlling progress are essential. There are countless ways to achieve these goals, but one of the most popular and effective ways to do this is through a process known as the Management by Objectives method, or MBO. These techniques and processes will allow you to set and achieve goals and cause your business to thrive. Having an effective method for setting and achieving goals can not only help your business become more organized, but will also let you see clearly see where your business is headed and allow you to become a large business or remain a small one, depending on your wants and needs.

You can ask for weekly progress updates from each employee and then provide a summary to your superiors. Evaluate each employee's performance and offer praise to those who are excelling, advice to those who seem to be stuck, and encouragement to those who are falling short. This is also a great way to see who is doing their job and who is not putting in the expected effort, and using this information you will be able to make your business more productive in the long run
