This was designed for use in 4 WIC clinical settings and a pre test posttest quasi-experimental design approved by the institutional Review Boards was utilized with intervention and assessment to match clinics for size and ethnicity. A total of 433 women were recruited over a 2-month period from Department of Health (Bartholonew et al., 2008). Overview of the program was given and informed consent given.
