Employees also have the opportunity to implement multiple strategies and techniques to ensure the most accurate data is obtained to achieve optimal results throughout the organization. The newly merged companies were expected to have a 55 billion in annual revenue profit and 3500 outlets. The merger is intended to trail only Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and Home Depot Inc. Investors agreed. In addition, Kmart and Sears were both able to save millions of dollars by streamlining their purchases and offering products to the same customers.The alternative is for Kmart and Sears to continue to provide complementary products to their customers and living to the Kmart’s reputation of having good prices. To rival with the competition preferential locations will offer the best of both stores in a convenient neighborhood location.
