This outlets market is groups within living standard measures (LSM), which consists of the lower LSM and higher LSM. The lower LSM refers to people who purchase through outlets such as Town Talk and Furniture city, and the higher LSM are people who buy through Wetherlys and Osiers as their outlets. Every furniture outlet has its customer preference, meaning some offer their products and services on credit and others cash only.
