All my jobs required customer service. Especially at Action, I was often praised by my customers for my ability to respond to their needs quickly and often given Christmas cards thanking me for my service.

I have never had Key Performance Indicators

Yes, OH&S Training and MYOB and Excel training. Also completed a certificate in business while employed at Action through TAFE

Yes, responsible for starting a marketing mail campaign during GFC. Went through phone book and got a list of targeted businesses that may be interested in our services and mailed a brochure to them. This did improve our performance by about 10%.

Yes, with the marketing campaign (See above) Not sure on the actual figures but would have been worth thousands

I always saved money for the business based on calling around for the best quotes (contacting at least 3 suppliers). I’m not sure of the figures.

I had to meet sales targets at the bank. Upselling insurance products etc. I always met them although not by much
