My visual style would also be helpful in designing and planning (especially strategic). A person from this style use phrases like these, which are helpful in problem solving and strategy formulation:

  In the workplace if I had to work in teams and group projects regularly, my solitary learning style might create problems if the organization was from the team approach. If you have a solitary style, you are more private, introspective and independent. You can concentrate well, focusing your thoughts and feelings on your current topic. You are aware of your own thinking, and you may analyze the different ways you think and feel.

Overall, it seems to measures visual, verbal aural, physical, logical, social and solitary learning styles effectively. The way we learn plays out in the workplace, but it seems complex and perhaps difficult to measure how exactly learning styles play out in the workplace. For example, if I learn through a physical learning style does that mean I will display this in the workplace in my work ethics?
