The market plan is designed well and is appropriate for JavaNet. The distribution channels are good choice since they are a local wholesaler for Eugene. There will be a dependence on the quickly changing technology which is a weakness for JavaNet. They will be required to keep up with the changing technology because the business is focused around technology. The human resources and competencies are set at a budget that will fit the budget. The company will have to sacrifice certain upgrades for different aspects of the company like the coffee shop. Many opportunities are also available for the company like expanding. Expanding will be a benefit for this company after its first few years. Since people are meeting others online they can create more locations for individuals to meet. This will build the customer loyalty that the company has targeted. As the need to use the internet increases so will the business services offered by JavaNet. This will increase the products that are offered by JavaNet. Changing the food and beverages providing in the internet café will also provide new market segments. With the customer base growing there is opportunities to expand to other locations....
